Our Guarantee
Express Publishing, Inc. stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund.
Return Policy:
If you'd like to return an item to us, please email or fax us ASAP after receiving the item. Returns must receive prior authorization, so please call for approval. Allowable returns for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. If the shipping cost to us was more than you were originally charged, actual shipping costs will be subtracted before crediting your account. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Credit Card Safety:
Despite what you may have heard about credit card safety over the internet, most concerns are unfounded. Giving your credit card number to a company over the Internet is no different than giving it to a company over the phone or handing it to a clerk in the store (if not safer!). Nobody will ever have access to your card number except you and the company.
How We Protect You

This means that our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Express Publishing, L.L.C. gives access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
We do not gather any more information about our consumers than is required by law to protect our customers from fraud and provide a high level of efficient and secure service.
We will not give, rent, or sell your personal information to anyone unless is necessary to do so in the course of processing your order! We disclose only the minimum required information (recipient name and address) to our order fulfillment centers and shipping companies.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do not take backorders. Any items not in stock will be subtracted from your order, and your order will ship without them unless you specify otherwise. We will attempt to notify you via email before shipping your order in this case.
